Holiday Meal & Atrium Gardens Renovation Ribbon Cutting

The Food and Nutrition Department is so excited to be in our beautiful new cafeteria! We started the day with a ribbon cutting and then opened our doors so our employees could finally feast on the wonderful food created by Chef Clayton Bell, Supervisor Ileana Wheeler and the FNS team. Over 2500 pounds of prime rib and 3600 pounds of turkey plus traditional accompaniments were served to over 1550 staff and family members!

The CCMH family shared plenty of oohs, ahhs, and laughter while gathered together in the new bright and inviting dining room. They were also able to tour the new servery which created great anticipation for the following day when they could finally dine in the renovated cafe.

The 51 item salad bar; which is the biggest in Lawton, was particularly of great interest for those that are looking for healthier options in the new year. Of course, the new burger bar and pizza slab continued to be a favorite.

The Food and Nutrition team is so proud of our new facility and hope that everyone who waited so patiently will agree that it is worth the wait!
