From er to room was awesome staff was all great food service from Steve I think his name is is awesome he was patient and put everything that was needed , now the other lady idk know her name man she is hateful and sighed on the phone and said you supposed to have your order ready ok I'm trying to see the menu didn't bring my reading glasses .she needed to be replaced I think . Had no sugar for my maltomeal no butter for the toast very poor service. But other than her everything one else was awesome. At the infusion center, computer issues kept the pharmacist from getting the infusion med script and I waited one hour for the second time in a row, my only infusion visits so far. I love my nurse. Of all my specialist Dr’s, this nurse, my infusion nurse is the best health professional I interact with. I have been traumatized by doctors and treatments and mistreatments. My nurse is friendly, gentle, kind, patient, intelligent, always learning, and she takes time to explain about the medicine and side effects, and other personnel issues. I feel cared for in the infusion center and that is very lacking in this day and age of medicine.
