A NEW ERA OF INTEGRATED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER
Comanche County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) is joining forces with Southwestern Medical Center in a strategic partnership marking a major milestone in expanding access to quality healthcare across Southwest Oklahoma. This partnership, unanimously approved by the CCMH Board of Directors and Comanche County Commissioners, brings two trusted healthcare teams together in purpose.
As part of this unifying effort, CCMH is also introducing a new name and identity to better represent this evolution into a more regional healthcare provider: Memorial Health System of Southwest Oklahoma.

ENHANCED CARE. EXPANDED SERVICES. INVESTMENT IN OUR COMMUNITY.
This partnership ensures continuity of care, expanded service availability, and a stronger, more resilient healthcare network across Southwest Oklahoma. More specifically, this alliance and transition will include:
- Expanded capacity to meet increasing demand
- Enhanced access to specialty care and services previously limited in the area
- Streamlined operations for greater efficiency and faster response times
- Investments in modern medical equipment and facility upgrades
- A shared commitment to local, high-quality, compassionate care
The transition to Memorial Health System represents more than a new brand — it is also a future-forward investment in Southwest Oklahoma. This enhanced approach to healthcare will continue meeting the growing needs of the community through specialty clinics, primary care and pediatric clinics, cancer services and McMahon Tomlinson Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
The partnership will go into effect by the end of December 2025 with CCMH leadership committing to a smooth transition for all staff, patients and community members.
