Comanche County Memorial Hospital Medical Pricing Information

Comanche County Memorial Hospital is committed to transparency about our charges. CCMH is publishing this “charge master” as required in the Affordable Care Act in the format specified by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). This “charge master” contains a comprehensive listing of prices for individual medications, hospital services, and supplies.

However, hospital charges do not reflect actual payments designated and received from payers since all payers price services differently.  This CMS mandate requires users to know each code for services, medications, and supplies that may be required for their care. Payment rates set by federal government plans or insurance plans are set or negotiated rates for providing care to their beneficiaries.
